Kathleen Gremillion Hibbett's Obituary
Kathleen Gremillion Hibbett, age 89, passed away Wednesday morning, September 20, 2023. She was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Esnard Gremillion and Maude Moreau Gremillion.
She is survived by her loving children, Wendell, Hoffman “Rick” and Gwendolyn, including six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Kathleen is preceded in death by her son Keith and her husband Hoffman DeWitt Hibbett.
Kathleen lived most of her life in Lafayette and Covington. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an active member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Covington. Kathleen was a kind, caring person who cherished her family dearly. She also enjoyed providing child-care for many friends and relatives. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 2:00 pm. Visitation begins at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow services in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Covington, LA.
