Eugene and I first met each other as 7th graders at St. Paul’s, we were classmates through senior year. He had a great personality and a smile that was infectious. A great friend that will be missed by many.

I've known Eugene for almost four decades. Eugene was a master at making others believe that he was just a dumb old redneck... until you got to know him! That man had more common sense, more wisdom than any ten college graduates have all together. Eugene was a very good man, at heart, and helped his friends tirelessly.
