I only met him one time. I was good friends with Brooke in school and we started at UL together. One time my car battery died and Brooke confidently said “Oh, my dad is coming into town and he can change it for you” No charge No complaint Just the kindness of man to help out his daughters friend
My heart is truly saddened to hear of his passing. I had the privilege of working for him about 17 years ago, and he was always such a kind, respectful, and good-hearted person to me. A great boss, but even more, a genuinely good man.
People may forget many things in life, but they never forget how someone made them feel — and he always treated others with kindness and dignity. Praying for his family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched. He will truly be missed. Rest peacefully. 🙏🏽

I am truly heartbroken to hear of Eric’s passing. He was one of the good guy’s! His quick wit was like no other and he truly loved his girls more than anything. We will be constantly praying for yall.
