My, (Byron) fondest memory of Dr Ann was when she was a young woman probably no more than 20 yrs old.
She led the vacation summer bible school one year at the First Baptist Church in Bonita. She was so enthusiastic and I still remember the bible responsive resertation, "Open up ye gates and ye everlasting arms and let the King of glory come in". I was so impressed that this young woman ran the whole program.
I was around 12 yrs old. Naturally I have other memories of when she
was in high school and friends with my cousin who was her age, but this was my fondest memory.
Our prayers and sympathy are with the family during this hard time.
