Dorothy "Dot" Tortorich Clement's Obituary
Dorothy “Dot” Tortorich Clement passed away peacefully on Friday, July 27, 2018 at the age of 79.
Beloved wife of 58 years to Sidney Clement, Jr. Loving mother of Mary Clement Chaplain (Joe). Daughter of the late Peter A. Tortorich, Sr. and Annie McCarthy Tortorich. Sister of the late Peter A. Tortorich, Jr., Mary Ellen Tortorich Fiorito and Timothy J. Tortorich. Grandmother of Amy Chaplain Perron (Dustin), Erin Chaplain Lee (Jared) and Katie Chaplain Ferry (Shane). Great-grandmother of Cameron, Matthew and Alexis Perron, Sophia Lee and Khloe Ferry.
Dot retired from First National Bank of Commerce where she worked for many years. Her main love was her family. She always put her family’s needs and wants before her own. Everyone who knew her was aware of her love for football, especially the New Orleans Saints. She was a lifetime member of the Who Dat Nation. The family would like to thank St. Tammany Parish Hospice for their care and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses in memory of Mrs. Clement to be offered.
