Donald R. Creel, age 73 of Abita Springs, LA died on Monday, June 18, 2018, after a long, courageous battle with cancer, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, LA. Born, Sunday, February 25, 1945 in Franklinton, LA to Wilson H. Creel and May Carpenter Creel.
He is survived by his Wife - Darlene Wagner Creel, Daughters - Angel Galloway (Joe), Debbie Breland (Ray), Dawn Thompson, Son - Donald W. Creel (Jenny), Grandsons - Josh Lloyd, Chuck Anthony, Harvey "Bo" Breland, Colt Thompson, Cade Thompson, Brian Howe, Granddaughters - Alicia Stein (Matt), Candy Breland, Britta Ramirez, Josi Howe, Dori Creel, Savanna Aynani, Brother - Danny Creel (Joyce), Sister-in-law – Georgene Wagner and numerous Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
He was predeceased by his Father - Wilson H. Creel, Mother - May Carpenter Creel, and Brother - Harold Creel.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 22, 2018 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 10:00 AM to service time.
