Please accept our sincerest condolences upon Dave's passing. Having worked with David in the furniture business for many years was always a pleasure. David always had time to chat and he'd kindly laugh at my dumb jokes. A true gentleman heaven looked smilingly upon him. May he rest in peace.

David Henson to me was a renaissance man. He was an artist, a sailor, well traveled, a great home furnishings rep and a realtor, a father and devoted husband. Most of all he was a good friend, a kind person, and always made me laugh and smile. David I’ll miss you.

I met David through the furniture industry and must say he was one of my most finest representatives. I considered him a friend, so humble, polite and caring.
I last spoke with David in May and he told me of his illness, I told David I will be praying for him, and then we disgust God's will and let Thy way be done in Jesus name.
I feel blessed to have met such a gracious and caring friend.

David always looked at life with a laugh and a smile . When we met many years ago it was at a sales training meeting in Washington DC.
David who was new to the company at the time thought it quite humorous that he was paired to share a room with another salesperson named Shelly(actually Sheldon) a guy. He thought in his usual sense of humor what a nice company to pair him to share a room with a woman. Love David and will miss him!!

One of the most caring members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. I can truly say I remember him daily when I’m in the back yard and see the canoe I got from him waiting for a ride in the river. We are sad, but heaven is rejoicing his arrival.
