Cody Dylan Hornsby's Obituary
Cody Dylan Hornsby passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 17, 2026 in Madisonville, LA. He was 36. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Brittany Sue Hornsby, his daughter, Peyton Sue Hornsby, his father, Morgan Dylan Hornsby, his mother Patricia “Patsy” Osburn, and his brothers, Kane Hornsby and Mason Hornsby (Kaitlyn) and his father-in-law, Ronnie Irwin. Cody was born in Kenner, La and was a longtime resident of the Northshore. He enjoyed cooking in his cast iron cookware and was always the life of the party. Cody was very charismatic, genuine and a great joy to be around.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 3:00 pm at E J Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, LA and the visitation will begin at 1:00 pm until service time.
