Celia was a wonderful neighbor on Longwood Drive for many years as well as friend who was in leadership with the Mandeville- Covington LA Christian Womens Club. She was such a gentle woman who also inspired me with her workout routine. I am so thankful to know I will me reunited with her in eternity with God because we shared our faith in Jesus. Hallejuah.
Cecilia was like a sister to me being two years apart we grew up together along with Mary and Bud. She was always us hot of trouble she wad like the nanny to us three .She was the sweetest person I have ever known.
